If you’ve decided to move on from MySeat, you can delete your account at any time. This will permanently remove your app, content, and access to the Creator Portal. Make sure to back up anything you want to keep.
In the Creator Portal, at the bottom of the menu on the left, click on your App’s name to get to the Account Settings.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Delete my account.
You'll then see a pop-up screen explaining that your data will be retained for 10 days before it is permanently deleted. You can reactivate your account at any time until then by logging back in.
To continue with deleting your account, click Delete.
You'll be taken to the log-in page with a confirmation message that your account has been deactivated.
