If you decide MySeat isn’t the right fit for you, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
In the Creator Portal, go to the Subscription tab.
Click the Cancel Plan button.
You will be prompted to confirm if you would like to cancel your plan. Click the Continue to Cancel button.
You can then provide feedback on why you're canceling your account, or skip this step.
You will then receive confirmation that your account has been canceled, and the date your account will remain active until.
Note: Once you cancel your account, your app will no longer be available and any fans subscribed to your app will lose access.
