Grab your fans’ attention the moment they open your app with a custom promo pop-up. Perfect for promoting new music, merch drops, ticket sales, or special announcements, pop-ups appear during a scheduled time period and can include images, text, and clickable links. Promo pop-ups are a Pro plan feature.
In the Creator Portal, navigate to the Your App section.
Scan the QR code or click the link to go to your web app.
Click the PWA logo to launch your web app.
Click Login / Sign Up.
Then click Log in.
Log into your app using the same login credentials as the Creator Portal.
Once you're logged in, click on the More section of your app then scroll to Admin.
Click Promo Popups.
Click the “+” button to create a new promo pop-up.
Enter a title into the Title field (mandatory).
Add a subtitle into the Subtitle field (optional).
Click the Image field to search for a photo to add to the promo pop-up.
Click the calendar icon to schedule a specific date/time (mandatory).
Click the Published toggle to set the promo pop-up to be published.
Add a Title in the Title field for the action that you want fans to take when clicking on the promo pop-up.
Select where fans will be taken when they click on the promo pop-up. This can be a specific page within your app, new music, a video, a url, etc.
When finished with the Action, click Add target.
When ready to publish the promo pop-up, click Save.
Note: Promo pop-ups are a Pro plan feature.
