Highlight important updates or drive fan action with a Sponsored Post. These posts stay pinned to the top of your app’s timeline, making them perfect for promoting new releases, merch drops, upcoming shows, or special offers.
In the Creator Portal, navigate to the Your App section.
Scan the QR code or click the link to go to your web app.
Click the PWA logo to launch your web app.
Click Login / Sign Up.
Then click Log in.
Log into your app using the same login credentials as the Creator Portal.
Once you're logged in, click on the More section of your app then scroll to Admin.
Click Sponsored Post.
Click the “+” button to create a new Sponsored Post.
Enter a Caption for your post.
Enter a Headline for your post (optional).
Click Add Image to add a photo to the post.
Click the Comments Enabled toggle to allow comments on the post.
Click the Members only toggle to make the post viewable to app members only.
Click on the Action dropdown menu to make the post a clickable action. This can take fans to a specific area of your app, a music track, a merch item, a url, etc.
Add an Action Label by clicking Tap to select.

- VIEW DETAILS
- LEARN MORE
- BID NOW
- DONATE NOW
- BUY TICKETS
- PRE-ORDER NOW
- SUBSCRIBE NOW
- PLAY NOW
When ready to post, click Save.
