As your audience grows or your needs evolve, you can easily switch to a plan that fits your goals. Whether you're scaling up for more features or adjusting based on usage, the Change Plan option lets you upgrade or downgrade your MySeat subscription at any time.
In the Creator Portal, navigate to the Subscription section.
In the Subscription section, click on Change Plan.
Click Choose plan to choose the new plan you would like to change to. In this example we're upgrading from the GROW plan to the PRO plan.
After clicking choose plan, you'll be prompted to confirm the plan change. To go ahead with the plan change, click Yes change the plan.
You'll then be shown the billing information for the new plan. Click Confirm to complete the process of changing your plan.
The new plan will immediately be reflected in the Subscription section.
To see the full billing history for your account, click on Billing History tab.
