Turn your app into a merch shop for your superfans. You can either link to your existing online store, or connect your Shopify account to your app, making it easy to browse and purchase your products directly from your custom mobile app.
In the Creator Portal, navigate to the Layout section.
Click on the Shop tab.
To link to your store online, paste the url in the Store URL field.
Then click Save. When fans click on the Shop tab in your app, a browser window will open and they'll be taken directly to your online store.
If you're using Shopify to sell merch, you can integrate your Shopify store to give your fans a seamless shopping experience without ever leaving your app.
Click on Connect with Shopify.
Enter your Shopify store's url into the Enter your store address field.
Click the Add MySeat Sales Channel button.
You'll be taken to Shopify to confirm the connection. Click on the Install button.
After clicking Install on Shopify's end, you'll be taken back to the Creator Portal. Click Save to complete the connection to your Shopify store.
Your merch will now appear in the Shop tab of your app and fans can make purchases without having to leave your app.
If you need to make changes to the Shopify connection, including disconnecting your store, or connecting to a different Shopify store, click on Manage in the Shop Settings.
