Make it easy for fans to stream your full catalog by connecting your Spotify account to your app. Once linked, your public releases will be available alongside any exclusive tracks you upload to your app, giving fans one seamless place to hear it all. It’s the best of both worlds: everything you’ve released, plus the content only superfans can access.
In the Creator Portal, navigate to the Layout section.
Select the Music tab.

Spotify Client ID
Next, you'll need to paste your Spotify Client ID into the Spotify Client ID field.
⚠️ How to find your Spotify Client ID
In order to get your Spotify Client ID, you'll need to follow these steps:
First, go to https://developer.spotify.com/ and use your current Spotify account info to log in. Then click the dropdown menu and click on Dashboard.
Click the Create app button.
First add your app's name in the App name field.
Next add a description in the App description field.
Then you'll need to add a Redirect URL. The Redirect URL format is "appname://spotify-callback"
⚠️ The app name needs to match the name associated with your MySeat Account. This is the name at the end of your web app link, which can be found by clicking the web app link in https://creators.myseat.com/your-app
For our example artist the link is: creators.myseat.com/celesteharper
So our example Redirect URL is: "celesteharper://spotify-callback"
After entering your Redirect URL, click Add.
For "Which API/SDKs are you planning to use?" check the boxes for:
☑️ Web API
☑️ Android
☑️ iOS
Check the box "I understand and agree with Spotify's Developer Terms of Service and Design Guidelines", then click Save.
On the next screen, you'll see your Spotify Client ID. Click the copy button to copy the Client ID.
Paste your Spotify Client ID into the Client ID field in the Creator Portal, then click Save.
Your fans will now be able to listen to your music on Spotify through your app.
