The Members Only Chat gives your biggest fans a place to connect with you, and with each other. This exclusive chat room is only available to subscribers, creating a private space for real-time conversations, special announcements, behind-the-scenes updates, and direct fan engagement.
To set up a members only chat section in your app, from the Creator Portal, navigate to the Layout section.
Click the Home tab, then scroll to down to the Section Tab Settings.
In the Section Tab Settings you’ll find a toggle option for the Members Chat.
Toggle the Members Chat on, then click Save.
Note: the Members Chat is toggled on by default.
